To ensure an accurate decision can be made regarding the legality of any element, the OCF requires a video submission of the element in question.  A description of the element without an accompanying video is not sufficient.  This submission is through email videos of the element in question to:

All video submissions for review MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) BEFORE THE COMPETITION in which the element is wished to be performed.Receipt of the video with less than 2 weeks until the competition cannot guarantee a response before the competition.A written response will be sent to the individual who submitted the video.
The legality of the element in question will be reviewed by the OCF with input from other companies/organizations familiar with USASF and NFHS.
